Ella Veronica (Stroud) McClain

Shelby-Ella Veronica McClain, age 52 of 804 Elmwood Dr., Shelby, departed this life on September 11, 2015 at Hospice Cleveland County-Wendover, Shelby.

Ella was born on September 4, 1963 in Cleveland County were she graduated from East Rutherford in 1981.

She joined White Oak Springs at an early age. After marrying her husband, she joined New Start Fellowship Bapt. Church. She was employed with Wal-Mart Store for 15 years until her illness.

Leave to cherish fond memories; husband, Terry McClain, and two daughters: Laquana Stroud and Michelle Stroud; son, Dominic Stroud, Parents; Thomas and Ella Mae Stroud

She was preceded in death by one brother, Dwight Stroud. Her grand-parents; the late Jim & Ella Bell Robinson and Iverson & Lena Stroud

The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the Funeral Service at the church

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 17, 2015 at New Start Fellowship Baptist Church

Burial will take place at White Oak Springs Bapt. Church, Lattimore NC
