The professionalism, respect and compassion my family received from Genesis Funeral Services during our time of bereavement was exceptional. Mrs. Ovetta Griffin went above and beyond professional courtesy in responding to messages on the weekend and late in the evening during times I'm sure she was with her own family. She was not only patient with us during our indecisive moments but she was empathetic and understanding. The entire Genesis staff exemplifies grace and professionalism, my family is grateful for their service during this difficult time.

It has been 1 year ago that Genesis provided excellent and professional service to my family on the transitioning of our loved one , husband and father Charles E . Shannon .My 2 children and I were provided with genuine , comfort , and love during the entire transaction , process. The process was carried out in a highly degree of professional excellency , and a timely manner.However , displaying a genuine warmth of love and concern that assured us that this was not just another business transaction but more above and beyond the scope of services rendered.The entire staff were very cordial and pleasant with deepest concern to minister to our hearts during this time. My Grandmother passed in Virginia before Christmas and it was her final wish to be buried in North Carolina. Being unfamiliar with the local funeral homes, I selected Genesis based on word of mouth. Before we ever stepped in your office, each of you went out of your way to comfort us and ensure that no detail was left undone.
