We're going to miss that bright big smile. Toby made us all proud. He was always happy and was a hardworker who provided for his family. He was doing so well and was the happiest he's ever been. He loves God and everyone. The whole family will miss him and I pray continously for his parents Greg Reinhardt, Pamela Fralick, and his brother Keith Reinhardt. This loss will be the hardest on them. Rest in heaven Toby.
