Eureka Priscilla (Banks) Byrd

Shelby- Eureka Byrd, age 53 of 1204 Webb Dr., departed this life on August 3, 2016 at her resident. Born in Cleveland County to the late Bobby and Zora Byrd.

Eureka enjoyed cooking, being a caretaker, listening to music while she slept, CNA worker and loved spending time with her family

She is also preceded in death by her sister; Deborah Ann Byrd,  brother, Bobby Gene Byrd, Jr., and maternal and paternal grandparents

She is survived by a daughter, Denisha Banks, sisters; Betty Dillingham, Zondra Byrd (Dilbert) and Tasha Jackson (Thomas), and a special ex-spouse, Michael Banks

The family will be receiving friends 30 minutes prior to the funeral services

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at First Baptist Lawndale

Burial will take place at the church cemetery
