Gaffney - Willie Charles “Moonpie” Wood age 68 of 260 Fowler Rd. Gaffney, peacefully transitioned from this life on Friday, April 1,2022 at his residence. He was the son of the late J.C. Wood and Ruth Posey Wood.
He retired from Duke Power after numerous years of service. He had a heart and compassion for playing Golf.
He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces. Two sisters; Deborah A. Wood and Patricia W. Woods and a host of other relatives and friends.
