Shelby: Sylvia Mae Brooks Funchess, the daughter of the late LB Brooks and Johnnie Mae Oates Brooks, age76, of Cherryville, NC; peacefully transitioned on Monday, March 2, 2026.

Public Viewing will be on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 2020 Capernium Rd Cherryville, NC from 1:30 til 3:30 pm and Visitation with family 3:30pm til 5:30pm
