Shelby: Kathryn Whittenburg, age 85, of Shelby, NC peacefully transitioned on November 18, 2025 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain, NC 

The family will receive friends at the home of her neice ONLY on Friday, November 21, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm at 106 Southern Pine Drive Shelby, NC 28152

Funeral: Saturday, November 22, 2025 at 1pm at Shoal Creek Baptist Church; the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service

Burial: Church Cemetery
