Jeffery Monta'que Lowe

Jeffery Monta’que Lowe, age 47, transitioned from this life on Sunday, December 20th 2020 at his residence.  Jeffery was born December 13th1973 in Shelby, NC to the late Norman Lee Lowe and Marylene Lowe.

Jeffery attended Shelby High School, Shelby, NC and Gaston College, Dallas, NC.  He was employed with Patrick Yarns Mill as a Fixer for four years.  Jeffery loved fixing cars, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and spending time with family and friends. 

Preceding him in death other than his parents: his grandmothers, Minnie Sadler, Helen Whitener, grandson; Dav’Veon Grant, and niece; Victoria Carter.

Left to cherish memories: his wife, Katrina Michelle Lowe, children: Jazmond Lowe,  Ebone Lowe, Montaque Lowe, James Seigle, Amir D. Lowe, Normani Lowe, Joshua A.           Mason (stepson), Jason A. Morris (stepson), four sisters; Sheila Lowe, Gastonia, NC, Anita (Carl) Durham, Gastonia, NC, Connie(Linwood) Carter, High Point, NC, Melenia (Eric) Downs, Shelby, NC, two brothers;           Norris Lowe of Gastonia, NC, Mike Lowe, Shelby, NC, mother-in-law; Frances Maso

n, sisters-in-law; Tammy (James) Austin Gastonia, NC, Shanta Lipscomb,  Gastonia, NC, brother-in-law; David Mason, Gastonia, NC, aunts; Essie L. Tilliman, Joan Mosby, Gertrude Whitener, Jeanie Jefferies, Diane Tomlin, uncle; Curtis Whitener, special cousin; Antonio Borders, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral: Sunday, December 27, 2020 at 2:30pm at Genesis Funeral Home in the Otis Mobley, Jr. Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 mins prior to the service.

Burial: Sunset Cemetery

Mask are required upon entrance to the establishment. Temperature checks will be performed on all attendees.
