Gaffney – Furman Wayne Tate Sr., age 69 of 135 Anthony Street, Gaffney, SC., transitioned from this life on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 at his residence. He Was the son of Ruth L. Tate and the late Oliver Paul Tate Sr. He was an U.S. Army Veteran.

Funeral service will be Thursday, January, 8,2025 at 1:00 pm at Concord Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery with Military Rites.

The family is receiving friends at the residence.
