Floyce Alexander Patterson

Kings Mountain - Floyce Alexander Patterson (Py, Black Prince) age 70 of 321 Bridges Circle Kings Mountain passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at his residence. Floyce was born March 14,1951 in Cleveland county to the late James H. Patterson and the late Margaret B. Patterson. Floyce was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Waco North Carolina. Floyce loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys play, pitch horseshoes, repair tv’s etc. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Phyllis Hopper, brothers, Bobby Patterson, James Patterson, Jr., and step-brother, James Epps, Sr. Floyce leaves to cherish fond memories to his children; Floyce Hart of Asheville, NC and Shonda Cansler of Grover, NC; sisters, Barbara Roberts (Leon) of Shelby, NC, Carolyn Robbs (Johnny), brother, Roger Patterson and stepsister Diane Epps all of Kings Mountain, NC; grandchildren, Shaniqua Degree, Janiyah Pagan, Marquet Degree, Anthony Hart, Tashawn Hart, and Dontay Pagan and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, aunts, relatives and friends.

Memorial service Sunday, October 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm at  Genesis Chapel The Otis Mobley Jr. Memorial Chapel
