Kings Mountain: Doris Wilson Hood, age 85, of 203 Ebenezer Road Kings Mountain, NC peacefully transitioned on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Atrium health- Cleveland in Shelby, NC

Public Viewing: Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 4pm to 6pm at Genesis Funeral Services & Chapel (Shelby location: 407 E. Grover St.)

Funeral: Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 1:30pm at Ebenezer Baptist Church (Kings Mtn., NC); the family will receive friends 30 mins prior to the service.

Burial: Church Cemetery
