Diane Leslie Smith

Gaffney – Diane L. Smith age 53 of Gaffney, SC., transitioned from her home to her Heavenly home at 2:40 am on Sunday, December 19,2021. Mrs. Smith was the daughter of Linda Gibbons of Michigan and Mason Belcher of Kentucky. Diane graduated in 1987 and attended a couple years of college. Her previous employer was House of Raeford where she attended for 10 years. She loved spending time with her girls and grandchildren. She loved cooking and watching the Carolina Panthers. She was preceded in death by her great-grandmothers, Faye and Myrtle Webb.

She leaves to cherish fond memories, her mother; Linda Gibbons, father; Mason Belcher, her husband; Gerald Smith. Three daughters; Crystal Bisbee, Tia Smith and Shiana Barrett. Two granddaughters; La’Riyah Bisbee and Tahlaya Smith Reid. Three grandsons, Jayden Bisbee, Luke Barrett, Jace Barrett. Two sons-in-law; Lawrence Camp and Matthew Barrett, one sister; Debbie Nicholson, one brother; David Gibbons.  A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, December 23,2021 in the chapel of Genesis Funeral Cremation Service & Chapel Inc. with Rev. Dennis Smith officiating.

The family is receiving friends at 522 W. Robinson Street, Gaffney, SC.
