Shelby - Freeman Lee Smith, age 87, of 1410 East Gaston Street Lincolnton, peacefully transitioned this life on Tuesday,December 25, 2018 at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center.

The family will meet at 318 New Castle Ave Lincolnton, NC .

Funeral: Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2:30pm at Providence Missionary Baptist Church ( 1110 E. Pine St. Lincolnton, NC). The family will receive friends 30 mins prior to the service.

Burial: Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery
