Gaffney –  J.B. Allen Jr. age 45 of 476 Goucher Green Bethel Rd Gaffney, SC., transitioned from this life on Monday, March 22, 2021. He was the son of the late J B Allen Sr. and Theresa Ann Wallace.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Angel Allen, grandfathers, J.T. Allen, Sam Moorehead, great-grandparents, Leola and Steeley Jefferies

He leaves to cherish fond memories, five children, Jessica Allen, Jazmyn Allen, Jayla Allen, Aubree Allen, J.T. Allen, three sisters, Miss Cornelia Allen, Mrs. Victoria Garrett (Kelly), Miss Quejuna Woods, half-brother, David Smith, three step brothers, Edward Buckson, Jason Buckson, Brian Buckson, his grandmothers, Hazel Allen, Nannie Moorehead, eight aunts, Sarah Jefferies, Anita Holt, Rev. Helen Gaffney (Mike), Kathy A. Ridgeway, Lillie A Tate (Thurman), Reola A. Hoyle, Bernice A. Littlejohn, Joyce Logan (E.G.), two uncles, Jackie Jefferies (Brenda), Rev. Larry Allen (Celestine), a special friend, Cynthia Ramsey. A host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 31,2021 at Genesis Funeral Cremation Service & Chapel Inc.

A thirty-minute visitation prior to the service.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions limited seating of 50 persons in the chapel.

The family is receiving friends at the home of his sister, Cornelia Allen, 129 Humphries Rd, Gaffney, SC.
