Jerry Dean Bailey

Shelby- Jerry Dean Bailey, age 56, of 1316 Dockery Dr. was born August 8, 1959 in Rutherford County and departed the world February 11, 2016 in Shelby, NC. Jerry was employed by CVII and the Cleveland County Landfill for over 18 years and there he made many friends. Although Jerry was a man of few words, he made a huge impact on many people. His smile was contagious and his quiet spirit invited friendship. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, playing bingo, playing cards, watching movies and listening to his large collection of music and shooting pool in his spare time.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Rosa-Lee Bailey Nunez and Angelo Nunez and his sister Ruby( Sam) Alamilla.

Jerry Bailey leaves behind two sisters, Becky( Gabriel) Rodriguez and Rosa Conner; a brother, Raymond(Christy) Nunez; a very special friend, Cathy Hunt;a close friend, Larry Revels, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Jerry will be remembered for loving life.
