Fred Willie Oates

Kings Mountain - Fred Oates , age 85 ,of Lauderhill, Florida  peacefully transitioned on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The family will be meeting at 124 Compact School Road., Kings Mountain, NC (The family home place.)

Mr. Fred Oates will lay in state on the evening of  Sunday, January 7, 2018 at Genesis Chapel & Services of Kings Mountain 1802 Shelby Rd. Kings Mtn., NC 28086 

Funeral: Monday, January 8, 2018 at 1pm at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, The family will receive friends 30 mins prior to the service. 

Burial: Church Cemetery
