MARGARET RUTH ROSS, 66, of 407 Murdock Circle, died June 2, 2012, at White Oak Manor.

She was born Jan. 31, 1946, in Cleveland County, the daughter of the late, Preston Allen and Margaret Sarah Lee Allen.

In addition to her parents , she was preceded in death by four brothers, Walter "Dub" James, William Jay Allen, and Ernest Bill Hopper; two sisters, Betty Jean Henderson and Elester Shuford.

She is survived by one son, William Ross Jr., and a daughter, Wanda Miller; brothers, Clifton Allen and his wife, Mary, Preston Jr. and Jerry and Larry Allen and Robert Roberts; sisters, Bessie Mae Allen and Christine Hopper and a host of other friends and family.

Visitation: The family will receive friends at 2p.m. Friday at St. Peters Baptist Church in Grover

Funeral Service: 3 p.m. Friday at St. Peters Baptist Church in Grover
